Cameron Coaching was founded by Rob Carter who has dedicated his career to education, teaching and school leadership. He was appointed as one of 500 National Leaders of Education and has always been involved in developing and supporting others including young people, teams and individuals.
Cameron Coaching is named in honour of Rob's mother, Jill, who had a proud Scottish heritage and was born and raised in Edinburgh. Jill raised five children and had a highly successful market research company. She was great at supporting and developing others, yet never recognised her own success and great talents - if coaching can achieve one thing, it can help us to recognise our beautiful giftedness and talents.
